ePRO SALES MANAGER
Summary:
To staff and manage the eLayaway Small Business Telephone Sales Team (ePro Merchant Developers). To provide leadership and guidance of the sales team towards achievement of maximum profitability and growth in accordance with eLayaway vision and values. To execute plans and strategies that seek to expand the customer base in the marketing area. To assist in the execution of training and educational programs for ePro Merchant Network Developers.
- Contribute to the execution of a sales strategy for the ePro merchant market that enables the attainment of company sales goals.
- Responsible for the performance and development of ePro Merchant Network Developers.
- Prepare individual and team action plans in order to achieve sales performance goals.
- Conduct one-on-one periodic reviews with all ePro Merchant Network Developers so as to build more effective communications, facilitate the achievement of training and development needs, as well as provide insight towards the improvement of ePro Merchant Network Developer sales performance.
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
- Maintain current and accurate records of all sales and activity reports submitted by Merchant Network Developers.
- Ensure company policy, procedure, and business ethic codes are properly implemented within the ePro Merchat Developer team.
- Recruit, test, and hires Merchant Network Developers based on criteria designated by senior management.
Relationships and Roles:
- Internal / External Cooperation
- Ensure that ePro Merchant Network Developers meet or exceed activity standards for closing and prospecting calls.
- Delegate responsibility to ePro Merchant Developers with accountability and follow-up.
- Set examples for Merchant Network Developers in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work ethic.
- Conduct regular coaching and counseling sessions with ePro Merchant Network Developers in order to build motivation and selling skills.
- Demonstrate ability to positively interact and cooperate with eLayaway team members.
Scope Data/Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Work schedules include days, evenings, weekends and holidays and may require overtime. May require prolonged periods of sitting.
Requirements:
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities and Traits:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales management.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Must have the ability to speak, read, and write grammatically correct English, perform basic mathematics and should be computer literate.
- Should demonstrate motivation and good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with merchants and co-workers.
