Sergio Pinon
Chief Executive Officer, Vice Chairman, and Founder
Mr. Pinon is a visionary whose leadership and creativity is backed by over 18 years experience in the marketing, advertising and IT industries. As eLayaway's CEO and founder, Mr. Pinon is currently responsible for assuring that eLayaway continues to be innovative and growth oriented. As he works towards fiscal growth that is balanced with the needs of the Company as a whole, he is also responsible for building upon the Company's existing concept by nurturing new developments and leveraging eLayaway's technology. Mr. Pinon has a well-seasoned ability for strengthening business, marketing and communication strategies. His many years of experience provide him with powerful business insight and an uncanny intuition. Mr. Pinon is an expert at evaluating marketing needs and formulating cost effective business solutions. He fine-tuned his leadership abilities in the United States Air Force before graduating from American Intercontinental University with a degree in Business Administration. He remains active in his community as a member of Leadership Tallahassee while serving on the Board of Directors for The Challenger Learning Center.
Bruce Harmon
Chief Financial Officer and Chairman
Mr. Harmon was named CFO in August 2009, Director in November 2009, and Chairman in December 2011. Mr. Harmon has extensive experience with Fortune 500 companies and startups, specializing the last 15 years with companies in their early stages. Mr. Harmon was instrumental in the public registration of ViroGroup, Inc. (NASDAQ: VIRO) in 1990 (Corporate Controller), SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc. (SFSH.OB) in 2003 (CFO/Controller), Alternative Construction Technologies, Inc. (ACCY.OB) in 2006 (CFO and Director), and Accelerated Building Concepts Corporation (ABCC.OB) in 2007 (CFO and Director). He also served as CFO and Director of Organa Technologies Group, Inc. (OGNT.PK) and as Interim CFO and Director of Winwheel Bullion, Inc. (WWBU.OB). Mr. Harmon owns Lakeport Business Services, Inc. and serves as a corporate consultant to various companies. Under Lakeport Business Services, Inc., he serves as CFO for Omni Ventures, Inc. (OMVE.QB). He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Missouri State University.
Susan Jones
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Jones is a veteran of the payment industry with fifteen years working experience for Discover Card Services. In her capacity, she has served as the National Relationship Manager in Franchise and Association Development, Territory Manager in key strategic markets, and as an Account Executive. In addition to being a leader in the sale of total payment solutions, including bankcard and stored-value programs, she was responsible for targeted acquisition, revenue generation, enhancement, marketing and preference programs.
Lori Livingston
Chief Technology Officer
Ms. Livingston is the founder, President and CEO of Transfer Online, Inc. ("TOL") and Jagalee Development ("Jagalee" f/k/a Transfer Online Technology Development), a division of TOL. Jagalee serves as eLayaway's third party IT division and has been instrumental in the development of the Company's services. Ms. Livingston, in her role as CEO of TOL, was the first in the industry to bring transfer agent services and full reporting to the Internet. Ms. Livingston serves and has served as a director on the board of various companies. She holds a degree from California State University where she graduated as the Julian Beck scholar.
John Wittler, CPA
Director / Audit Chairman
John S. Wittler is a financial executive and CPA (inactive) providing business and accounting services to small and medium sized companies with over 25 years experience in financial management, US GAAP application, SEC reporting, transitions from private to public company including reverse mergers, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance, start-up operations, acquisitions, mergers and business integration. John began his career as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young and since has held positions of Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Global Project Manager. For the past 14 years he has served as Managing Director of his own consulting practice, Wittler International Inc. John’s past clients include UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Control Solutions International, Avante Holding Group, and ITT Corporation – Defense Electronics and Services Division. Currently, John is providing CFO services to multiple public companies. John earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University and is currently a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Florida Institute of CPAs.
David Rees
Director
Mr. Rees has many years of experience in business and the law as well as serving as counsel for the Company since April 2010. Mr. Rees, a Partner at Vincent & Rees, PA, has extensive experience with companies registered with the SEC located in the United States, Canada, Asia, India and Europe. He has also served as CEO of a publicly traded educational software company, vice president of strategic planning of an Internet-based company, and as vice president of investment banking for Catalyst Financial. Mr. Rees was also an attorney in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance departments of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Mr. Rees has been admitted to the New York State Bar and Utah State Bar. He is a graduate from Weber State University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York University.
