Matthew Ryncarz, President
As President of eLayaway, Matthew Ryncarz is responsible for making eLayaway™ the most widely used alternative payment processor available on the Internet. He formerly served as President of Operations for Triadium Holdings, LLC. Through that role, he successfully navigated a merger of four group travel brands for Triadium as well as worked directly with the IT department to construct a completely new booking and financial administration system that has played a crucial role in the ongoing success of the company. Before Triadium, Matthew founded and co-owned BooktheDream.com, which was acquired in the Triadium Holdings merger. His duties included system design, sales administration and well as general operations management.
Matthew began his career as the youngest Regional Sales Manager for the Terminix® International division of Service Master, Inc. He led his sales region to an increase of 34% and created an innovative marketing process that the corporation is still using today. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Biological Sciences.
