  1. How do I obtain a lost user name or password?

    Your user name is the e-mail address you used to sign up with eLayaway. You can retrieve your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password” link under the login box on eLayaway's homepage.

  2. Is there a limit to how many purchases I can make?

    No, but eLayaway™ encourages our members to be responsible in using the eLayaway™ system.

  3. Can I access information about my payments and balance for a purchase?

    You can view and manage all your account information online 24-7. Simply login at eLayaway.com using the e-mail address and password created during registration.

  4. How do I change my personal information?

    You can change your personal information online. Login to your account at eLayaway.com using your e-mail address and password created during registration, then click on "My Account" and then "Edit My Profile."

  5. Do I need to be registered as a member of eLayaway™ to shop with one of your merchants?

    Yes. You need to be an eLayaway™ member before you can use the eLayaway™ system.

  6. What shows up on my bank statement when I make an eLayaway™ purchase?

    eLayaway.com

  7. Do I have to remember to make my eLayaway™ payments ?

    No. Your payments are automatically taken out of your bank account in correspondence with your payment schedule.

  8. How often can I set my payments?

    You have the choice of semi-monthly or monthly.

  9. What happens if my bank account does not have sufficient funds to make the payment?

    After the original payment is declined, you will have 7 days to bring your account up to date. After that, your account will be assessed as “In Default,” and you will be sent back the money you have paid minus a cancelation fee of $25.
