FAQ: Cancellation Policies


  1. When are the purchase cancellation fees charged?

    The cancellation fees are charged immediately. Any remaining funds will be transferred by ACH within three business days.

  2. Is there a fee associated with canceling my account?

    No. There is not a fee for canceling your membership account.

  3. How do I cancel my eLayaway™ membership account?

    Please call us toll-free at 1.888.215.3999, and we will be happy to cancel your account.

  4. Is there a fee associated with canceling a transaction?

    Yes. When a transaction is canceled, you are assessed a $25 fee, and all collected funds will be returned, minus the 1.9% transaction fee and any applicable return fees.

  5. What happens if my payments don't go through?

    If your account has more than one consecutive unsuccessful payment, your order will be canceled according to our cancelation policy. (See above)

  6. Are there any fees associated with returned payments?

    Yes. There is a $5 charge per unsuccessful payment.
