How does eLayaway™ work?
eLayaway™ is an automated payment system that utilizes ACH technology provided by HSBC Bank. After selecting a product and payment schedule, your payments are automatically deducted until the purchase is complete. Once the purchase is complete, your product is shipped to your doorstep.

Do I have to obtain credit approval to use eLayaway?
No, eLayaway™ does not perform a credit check.

Do I need a checking account to use eLayaway?
Yes, a checking account with a bank routing number is required to make purchases with the eLayaway™ system.

What is the most expensive item that can be bought using eLayaway?
The pricing and products offered are all determined by our participating merchants. The eLayaway™ system alone does not have a price limit.

How do I make a purchase?
Once you select a merchant from the "Place to Shop" page, you will be able view their product offerings. Simply find a product that the merchant offers on eLayaway™ and click the "eLayaway™ Now" button.

How much does it cost to use eLayaway?
eLayaway™ only charges a one time transaction fee of 1.9% on the layaway total.

Is my money secure with eLayaway?
We understand how important it is for your money to be secure. We have partnered with HSBC to keep your money safe. HSBC is a FDIC insured bank with over two trillion dollars in assets.

What is the maximum amount of payments I can make?
Participating eLayaway™ merchants can set their own guidelines regarding the length of payments.

What products can I buy using eLayaway?
eLayaway™ can be used to buy anything your heart desires. Currently, we are seeking a diverse network of merchants so that you have a vast assortment of products that you can purchase using eLayaway.

Browse over the “Merchant” section of our site. After reviewing, sign-up to become a registered merchant. It's as seamless as that.

What fees are associated with eLayaway?
The only fee associated with an eLayaway™ purchase is a 1.9% transaction fee that is charged to the consumer. There may also be cancellation fees that are explained in our “Cancellation Policy” section.

Are there any hidden fees or costs?
No, our fee schedule is clearly marked on our web site and inside of our policies.

What is the difference between eLayaway™ and a credit account?
A credit account requires qualification by the means of a credit check. Credit accounts also have limits and interest charges. eLayaway™ does not require a credit check, has no limit, and absolutely no interest.

Can I use a credit card to pay for my eLayaway™ purchase?
eLayaway™ processes payments through a process called ACH. ACH is a secure method of electronically transferring funds. It is as simple as paying with a check.

Do I have to pay a security deposit to use eLayaway?
eLayaway™ does not require a security deposit. However, some merchants in select industries may require a deposit to guaranty your purchase. A couple of good examples are one of a kind items and travel related purchases.

Product quality and timely shipping is dependent upon the merchant, not eLayaway.
