Transaction Fees
Retail Purchases 1.9%-3.9% Flat Most retail purchases will incur a transaction fee between 1.9% and 3.9% at the time of purchase.
Ticket Purchases 3.9%-7.9% Flat  
Travel Purchases 3.9%-7.9% Flat  
Health Purchases 3.9%-7.9% Flat  
Additional Fees
Basic Membership Free There is no charge for basic membership to eLayaway.
Advantage Membership $8.95 a month This reccurring membership fee begins the day that the membership is started and will continue to be charged the same day each month. With this membership, transaction fees on purchases are waived.
Failed Payment Fee $5 This can be due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), an invalid bank account, an account being closed, etc. This fee is non-refundable and is assessed the day that the next scheduled payment is due.
Cancellation Fee $25.00 or 10% whichever is less This fee is deducted from any funds that would be refunded as a result of a cancellation.
 
The transaction fee is calculated on the total amount that is placed on layaway. The total amount includes the purchase price of the item(s) and/or service(s), shipping cost, taxes and any customary fees charged by the merchant.
The minimum transaction fee for a layaway is $5.00.
