Step 4: Confirm the Order
At this point, the order has been successfully assigned to an eLayaway Member. The final step on the merchant's end is to confirm that the Customer has read and agreed to the eLayaway Member Terms and Conditions.
Check the box and click "Confirm & Initiate" to complete the order creation process in the Virtual Terminal.
What happens next?
An email will be sent to the eLayaway Member for them to confirm the layaway order. Until the customer confirms the layaway, it will be listed in the "Pending" area of the Virtual Terminal.
As soon as the eLayaway Member confirms the layaway, it will be moved into the "Active" area of the Virtual Terminal. This order will also be listed with other active orders in the "Orders" area of the eLayaway Merchant Control Center.
