Notifications

eLayaway offers two distinct ways for merchants to receive data regarding their eLayaway transactions. These notifications can be used by the merchant for internal tracking and management of layaways.

eMail:

This is our standard form of notification for all merchants. eMails are sent at specific events to an address set in the merchants eLayaway account.

Merchant Server Integration (MSI):

Merchant Server Integration (MSI) will send data at specific events during the eLayaway process in an XML format to a destination set in the merchants eLayaway account. The benefit of this over our email method is that merchants can tie this data directly into their own CRM and inventory management systems for a more seamless integration.
