eLayaway Integration Center Support

Currently, the only support we offer during the integration process is through our project management system. This allows for open collaboration through multiple parties if needed. Our team will be on hand to help answer any questions you have and provide assistance where possible.

eLayaway support hours are as follows:

  • Integration Support: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time.
  • Customer & Merchant Support: Monday - Friday 9am to 8pm Eastern Standard Time.

    Be sure to also check out our FAQ section. We update this on a regular basis with information shared during the integration process.

    To register in our project management system please send a ticket to our support team with the following informaiton for every team member on your side who will be working on the integration process:

    • First and Last Name
    • Email Address
    • Company Name
    • Merchant ID

    Once we receive your information an account will be created and each team member registered will receive an email from "Basecamp" which is the project management system used for communication.
